Privacy notice

Privacy notice under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Parsec Soft, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. For any privacy matter: [email protected].

What we process and why

  • If you contact us by email or WhatsApp: your name, email or phone number, and whatever you tell us. We use it only to reply and follow up on your request.
  • If you browse the site: technical visit data measured by Albunea (see “Cookies and analytics”). We use it to know how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they come from, so we can improve the site.

We do not ask for sensitive data, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not transfer your data to third parties. It is stored by hosting, network, and email providers that process it only on our behalf. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy notice.

Your rights and withdrawing consent

You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected] with your name, your request, and how to reach you. We reply within 20 business days.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.

Cookies and analytics

We measure visits to this site with Albunea, our own analytics product. We do not use advertising or third-party cookies, and we do not track anyone across sites.

  • Albunea records the page you visit, the page you came from, the date and time, and your browser and device type. Your IP address is never stored in full.
  • To count visits it may use a random identifier stored in your browser (the _alb cookie or session storage). That identifier does not reveal who you are.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Albunea honors it.

How to opt out

You can opt out of measurement with the button below. We store a cookie named _alb_no for one year only to remember your choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
