What we collect
What you type in the contact form: name, company (if given), email, WhatsApp (if given), type of project, approximate budget (if chosen), and your message. We also keep the date you sent it and the version of this notice you accepted. We do not store your IP address.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please leave it out of your message, along with passwords and card details.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request and, if you ask, to send you a proposal. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own use.
Where it is stored
On Railway servers in the United States. The notice that your message arrived and the confirmation we send you go out through Resend, also in the United States. Both process the data on our behalf.
How long
Requests are deleted automatically 12 months after you wrote to us. If we end up working together, what is needed moves to the project file.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected] with your name, your request, and the email you used on the form. We reply within 20 business days.
