Web systems
Portals for your customers or suppliers, quoting tools, order and booking systems. The things that today live in spreadsheets emailed back and forth.
Online stores
Your catalog, your wholesale prices, your shipping rules. Card, OXXO, and SPEI payments, and an order is only marked paid once the money actually arrives.
Dashboards and analytics
Sales by branch, inventory, collections, website traffic. The numbers someone pulls together by hand every Monday, kept current on one screen.
Payments
Stripe, OXXO cash payments, and SPEI bank transfers inside your system. Every payment notice is verified before an order counts as paid.
WhatsApp and ERP
Order updates, appointment reminders, and confirmations over WhatsApp Business. Plus your store or system connected to the ERP you already use (SAP Business One, Odoo, or anything with an API), so nobody types the same data twice.
Internal apps
Tools for your team: inventory, work orders, delivery routes, store checklists. They run on a phone browser, nothing to install.
AI automation
Reading invoices and PDFs, sorting emails or tickets, answering questions about your own manuals. We use it when it saves real hours; if a simple rule does the same job, we write the rule.
How we work.
Everything we agree on is in writing, including what is left out.
- We talk.A call, a video call, or a coffee if you are in Monterrey. You tell us what you want to fix, what you use today, and who will use it.
- A fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal.In writing: what is in, what is out, the price in USD or MXN, and the date of each delivery. If something changes along the way, we quote it separately before doing it.
- Deliveries every one or two weeks.You see the system running in a test environment from the first weeks, not at the end. Whatever you do not like gets fixed there.
- Your code, your data.We hand over the repository, the database, and the instructions to run it. Stay with us or take it to another team.
- Support after delivery.The proposal states how long we cover defects in what we delivered and, if you want it, a monthly maintenance plan.
